Trail workday volunteers working in Boggs Mtn Demonstration State Forest.

We’re still small in number

.... but mighty in determination. Because we've put thousands of hours of volunteer work, and your donations, into the trails. They are now better marked and have been re-routed to provide better experiences while lessening the impacts of erosion

With our new members, we hope to find representatives from the interest groups using the forest so that we eventually create a balanced representation of members in these categories and related activities:

	Hiking/Naturalist
	Mountain biking

	Horseback riding
	Target shooting /Hunting

We’re looking for committee members for:

Educational and Interpretive Committee: establish interpretive and educational center, interpretive signage, self-guided nature trail, trail signs, interpretive trail guides.

Activities Committee: coordinate fun activities such as moonlight hay rides, guided hikes, star gazing events, scavenger hunts, bike rides, horse rides, cross country runs.

Fundraising Committee: implement a fund raising plan through activities and grant writing

Promotional/Membership Committee: implement a membership drive, coordinate open houses, develop a public relations plan.

Regular Member - $20 per year
Family/Supporting member- $35 per year
Patron - $100 per year
Lifetime Member - $500
